CITDS plays a major role in planning, managing and driving ICT adoption and application as well as providing ICT services to UNIMAS, including the provisioning of system management applications, technical support, network infrastructure and ICT security.

CITDS is committed to provide services in a competent manner, always customer friendly and professionally; complying with the following quality measures :
• Develop application systems that meet users requirements,
• Assure that the availability of every critical system** is at 95% operational hours

• To give feedback to every report or request through the UNIMAS Support within 1
working hour of receiving the report or request,
